Everything you need to know about the Mustardbreed
We help artists make music that matters. From idea to final master, we walk with you through every phase : songwriting, arrangement, recording, editing, mixing, and mastering. Whether you're new or experienced, we make the process smooth and intentional.
Each session runs for 5 hours. Focused, efficient, & no wasted time.
On average, you'll need at least 5 studio sessions to complete one song properly. Here's a Breakdown:
Session 1 – Songwriting & Drafting
Session 2 – Arrangement (Vocals + Instruments)
Session 3 – Recording (Lead vocals, backups, session musicians)
Session 4 – Editing (cleanups, timing, pitch correction)
Session 5 – Mixing & Mastering
Some songs may need extra time depending on style, features, or project needs.
We don't just record, We collaborate. Your project may involve our in-house music producers, session musicians, vocal arrangers & yes, proper splits and credits are discussed upfront. We work with music law in mind to protect everyone , including artists, studio, and producers most especially for commercial releases.

Yes! But if you don't have one, we have a solid team that gets the job done. You can also mix it , bring your own people and we'll handle the rest.
Yes. If you've got an idea, we'll help shape it. If you've got nothing, we'll help build it. We match lyrics, melodies, and vibe to your voice.
We take your rough idea and shape the music blueprint:
Structure, tempo, mood
Vocal harmonies, lead flow
Instrument parts (live or programmed) This is where the song becomes a full picture beyond just an idea.
We record vocals, harmonies, ad-libs, and live instruments (if needed). You'll work with a producer and/or engineer who keeps it tight and professional. If we're handling production, we guide you through takes, tone, and delivery.
We clean up:
Off timing & Performance tightening (Drums, Vocals, Auxes)
Off pitch (Flat or sharp notes)
Extra noise, pops, lip smacks (yes, it happens) Editing is quiet work, but it is what makes the final product tight.
Mixing balances everything (vocals, instruments, effects, transitions).
Mastering gives the final polish (making the song loud, clear, and ready for streaming, radio, or anywhere else).
Directly on our website or via WhatsApp. No long forms. Just let us know what stage your song is in, and we'll schedule you in.
Priority is given to early bookings.

Pay per session (if you're working in stages)
Or pay once for the full song/project (usually comes with some perks in addition or priority slots)
Yes. You own your song. But if it was a collaborative project (i.e. we handled production, co-writing, etc.), then we'll discuss splits. You'll always know who did what, and what share they get. We play fair & We work clean.

Yes & Always. We're big on giving credit. Whether you're the artist, a session vocalist, or one of our in-house producers, splits and credits are handled for any engagement.
It means we don't hoard creativity. If your project needs a second producer, an extra songwriter, or a unique voice, we bring them in. Not for free, but fairly. We believe good music is a team sport, and we document all contributions transparently with the correct splits, metadata, and legal cover based on current music law.
